TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 13, 2026

Welcome to KAMILLA Equestrian Experiences.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of kamillaequestrian.com and your booking or participation in any retreat, equestrian experience, coaching session, event, activity, or service offered by KAMILLA Equestrian Experiences.

By using this website, making a booking, submitting payment, or participating in one of our experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. ABOUT KAMILLA

KAMILLA Equestrian Experiences is operated by Ride & Breathe LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Throughout these Terms, “KAMILLA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KAMILLA Equestrian Experiences and Ride & Breathe LLC.

Website: kamillaequestrian.com
Email: kamillaequestrianexperience@gmail.com
Location: Florida, USA

2. OUR EXPERIENCES

KAMILLA creates and curates equestrian and lifestyle experiences that may include:

  • Horseback riding

  • Equestrian instruction and coaching

  • Access to horses, barns, trainers, and equestrian facilities

  • Mindset and personal development coaching

  • Wellness, yoga, fitness, or movement sessions

  • Accommodation

  • Meals and private chef services

  • Transportation

  • Excursions and local activities

  • Photography and content creation

  • Services provided by independent third-party professionals

The exact services included in each experience will be described on the applicable booking page, proposal, invoice, itinerary, or written communication.

Unless specifically stated as included, airfare, transportation to and from the destination, travel insurance, personal expenses, medical costs, visas, and additional activities are the participant’s responsibility.

3. BOOKINGS

A reservation is considered confirmed only when:

  1. KAMILLA has accepted the booking;

  2. The required deposit or payment has been successfully received; and

  3. Any requested information or documentation has been provided.

Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is officially confirmed.

Places are limited and may be allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices will be displayed in the currency specified at the time of booking, generally U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Participants are responsible for any currency conversion charges, international transaction fees, bank fees, or other charges imposed by their financial institution or payment provider.

Where a payment plan is offered, the participant agrees to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

5. DEPOSITS

Certain KAMILLA experiences require a deposit to reserve a place.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the deposit is applied toward the total experience price.

Because KAMILLA makes advance financial commitments to accommodations, equestrian facilities, horses, trainers, chefs, wellness professionals, transportation providers, and other partners, deposits may become non-refundable as described in the cancellation policy below.

6. CANCELLATIONS BY THE PARTICIPANT

Unless a specific experience has different cancellation conditions clearly communicated before booking, the following policy applies:

More than 90 days before the experience

Payments may be refunded, excluding the initial deposit and any non-refundable costs already committed to third-party providers.

Between 60 and 90 days before the experience

Up to 50% of the total experience price may be non-refundable, in addition to any non-recoverable third-party expenses.

Less than 60 days before the experience

The full experience price is non-refundable.

If KAMILLA is able to replace your reservation with another suitable participant, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit after deducting any costs already incurred.

Failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, or voluntary non-participation in an included activity does not entitle the participant to a refund.

Where different cancellation terms are displayed for a particular experience at the time of booking, those specific terms will apply.

7. TRANSFERRING YOUR RESERVATION

You may request to transfer your reservation to another participant.

Any transfer requires prior written approval from KAMILLA.

The replacement participant must meet all participation requirements, provide all requested information, sign the required documents, and agree to these Terms.

8. CHANGES TO THE EXPERIENCE

KAMILLA experiences are curated experiences involving horses, people, facilities, weather, travel, and independent service providers.

For this reason, elements of an itinerary may occasionally need to change.

KAMILLA reserves the right to reasonably modify:

  • Horses

  • Trainers or instructors

  • Riding facilities

  • Accommodation

  • Activities

  • Restaurants or meals

  • Transportation

  • Schedules

  • Wellness providers

  • Excursions

  • Other elements of the itinerary

Where possible, we will provide an alternative of comparable nature or quality.

A reasonable itinerary modification does not constitute cancellation of the experience.

9. CANCELLATION BY KAMILLA

If KAMILLA must cancel an entire experience for circumstances within our reasonable control, participants may be offered:

  • A transfer to another KAMILLA experience;

  • A credit toward a future experience; or

  • A refund of amounts paid for services that will no longer be provided.

KAMILLA is not responsible for expenses booked independently by participants, including flights, additional hotel stays, rental cars, or other travel arrangements.

For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

KAMILLA is not responsible for cancellation, modification, interruption, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Hurricanes or severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Flooding

  • Fire

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Travel disruptions

  • War or civil unrest

  • Facility closures

  • Transportation disruption

  • Horse illness, injury, quarantine, or veterinary restrictions

  • Utility or infrastructure failure

  • Other unforeseen circumstances outside KAMILLA’s reasonable control

Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, replace, or modify affected services.

Refunds in these circumstances may depend on amounts recoverable from third-party providers.

11. EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Horseback riding and equestrian activities involve inherent risks.

Horses are living animals and may react unpredictably to sounds, movement, objects, people, animals, environmental conditions, or other circumstances.

Participation may involve risks including falls, collisions, kicks, bites, sudden movement, equipment-related incidents, terrain conditions, and other risks associated with being around or riding horses.

By choosing to participate in equestrian activities, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with those activities.

Florida law provides the following notice:

WARNING

Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

All participants may be required to sign a separate Equestrian Liability Release, Assumption of Risk & Participant Waiver before taking part in any equestrian activity.

Refusal to sign required liability or safety documents may result in exclusion from the equestrian portion of the experience without refund.

12. RIDING ABILITY & HORSE ASSIGNMENT

Participants must honestly disclose their riding level, experience, confidence, physical capabilities, and any relevant limitations.

KAMILLA and the relevant equestrian professionals will make reasonable efforts to match participants with suitable horses and activities.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • A specific horse

  • A particular riding instructor

  • A specific jump height

  • A specific riding discipline

  • A particular barn or facility

  • A specific number of hours in the saddle

Horse welfare and participant safety will always take priority.

The trainer, facility, horse owner, or KAMILLA may modify or stop a riding activity where reasonably necessary for safety or horse welfare.

13. SAFETY

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by KAMILLA, equestrian professionals, barn staff, activity providers, and facility operators.

Appropriate riding helmets may be required during mounted activities regardless of a participant’s experience level.

A participant may be excluded from an activity if their behavior creates a reasonable safety risk for themselves, another participant, staff, service providers, or horses.

14. HEALTH & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically capable of participating in an experience and its activities.

Participants must communicate relevant health limitations, allergies, injuries, dietary requirements, emergency information, or other conditions that may reasonably affect their participation.

KAMILLA does not provide medical advice or medical treatment.

In an emergency, KAMILLA or its representatives may contact emergency medical services where reasonably necessary.

Medical, ambulance, hospital, medication, evacuation, and related costs remain the participant’s responsibility.

15. TRAVEL INSURANCE

KAMILLA strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking.

Coverage should be appropriate for the participant's circumstances and may include:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Horseback riding and sporting activities

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Lost or delayed luggage

  • Travel delays

Participants are responsible for confirming that their insurance covers the activities included in their experience.

16. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

International participants are responsible for ensuring they have all documents required to enter and remain in the United States.

This may include passports, visas, ESTA authorization, travel authorizations, and any other immigration or entry requirements.

Failure to obtain required travel authorization does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

17. ACCOMMODATION

Where accommodation is included, participants agree to respect the property, house rules, other participants, neighbors, and property owner requirements.

Participants may be held responsible for damage they intentionally or negligently cause to accommodation, furnishings, equipment, horses, vehicles, or other property.

KAMILLA may substitute accommodation where necessary with a reasonably comparable alternative.

18. MEALS, ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Participants must communicate serious food allergies and dietary requirements before the experience.

KAMILLA and its food providers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Participants with severe allergies remain responsible for taking appropriate personal precautions and carrying any medication they may require.

19. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

KAMILLA experiences are intended to create a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment.

KAMILLA reserves the right to remove a participant from an activity or experience where their conduct is:

  • Dangerous

  • Abusive or threatening

  • Seriously disruptive

  • Discriminatory

  • Unlawful

  • Harmful to horses

  • Harmful to other participants or providers

  • In serious violation of safety instructions

A participant removed due to serious misconduct will not be entitled to a refund.

20. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES

Participants may not ride horses or participate in activities requiring physical coordination while impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that makes participation unsafe.

KAMILLA or the relevant activity provider may refuse participation where impairment is reasonably suspected.

No refund will be provided for an activity missed for this reason.

21. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

KAMILLA works with independent professionals and businesses to create its experiences.

These may include:

  • Barns and riding facilities

  • Trainers

  • Horse owners

  • Accommodation providers

  • Private chefs

  • Restaurants

  • Drivers

  • Wellness professionals

  • Photographers

  • Activity providers

Third-party providers may operate under their own policies, waivers, rules, insurance coverage, and terms.

Participants agree to comply with reasonable requirements imposed by those providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAMILLA is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third-party providers outside KAMILLA’s reasonable control.

22. COACHING & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

KAMILLA experiences may include mindset coaching, personal development exercises, wellness practices, workshops, or group discussions.

These services are educational and developmental in nature.

They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare.

No specific emotional, personal, financial, professional, riding, or competitive result is guaranteed.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

23. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photography and video may take place during KAMILLA experiences.

Participants may separately be asked for consent allowing KAMILLA to use photographs, video, testimonials, or other media for website, editorial, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

Where appropriate, consent will be obtained through a separate media release.

Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify KAMILLA before the experience.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content created and owned by KAMILLA, including branding, logos, written material, program concepts, educational resources, website copy, photographs, videos, and other original material, is protected intellectual property.

It may not be copied, sold, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To interfere with website operation or security

  • To attempt unauthorized access

  • To distribute malicious software

  • To copy or commercially exploit website content without permission

  • To provide intentionally false information when making an inquiry or booking

26. WEBSITE INFORMATION

KAMILLA makes reasonable efforts to ensure information displayed on its website is accurate.

However, itineraries, schedules, availability, prices, facilities, accommodation, horses, instructors, and other experience details may change.

Photographs and videos are illustrative and do not guarantee that every participant will experience the exact accommodation, horse, schedule, scenery, or activity shown.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ride & Breathe LLC and KAMILLA Equestrian Experiences will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the website, participation in an experience, independent travel arrangements, or acts of third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Separate liability releases and assumption-of-risk agreements may apply to equestrian and other activities.

28. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Participants are responsible for their belongings throughout the experience.

KAMILLA is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

29. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through kamillaequestrian.com or during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information collected may include contact information, emergency contacts, riding experience, dietary requirements, and other details reasonably required to organize an experience.

30. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or KAMILLA experiences shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

KAMILLA may update these Terms when necessary.

The most current version will be published on kamillaequestrian.com with its updated effective date.

For an existing booking, the terms provided or applicable when the booking was confirmed will generally remain applicable unless a change is required by law.
